Luxury Two bedroom Flat opposite COOP Live n Etihad Stadium with Free secure Parking, Netflix and Sky TV

Can't really comment on anything as we were unable to access the property. Totally dissatisfied with the whole experience. Really would like to speak to someone from customer services. Would like a number for them if possible for the chance to claim the money back as it is a lot to lose when no information was received to access the property.

We did not get access and the host was unavailable. We had to find at alternative late at night.

Having taken full payment, the accommodation failed to respond to any communication and never sent access details for the apartment. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute.

We never got into the property. We booked elsewhere at no notice. This owner is a scammer.

Everything. We never got into. Owner did not return calls. Escalation to Booking.com was pointless. We made other arrangements.

It was a lovelly little flat clean and tidy , and the best thing literally just across the road from the co-op live .
