Resort has good facilities to enjoy.

Apartment was not so clean, the bathroom needs an upgrade. The floor tiles in the kitchen are damaged. The kettle was not working. Overall a little upgrade will make the apartment more comfortable.

Stay was ok

The room was not cleaned very nicely and the cleaner was very rude and refused to make our beds the day after we arrived. The Dishes where washed but not packed further more we complained that the fridge was not cleaned still stick from the last time it was cleaned. There was only one toilet paper I my room I had to buy one roll from reception @R15 a roll. My wife collected pool towels from reception they advised her that the they will bill my account. But once received they will credit my room. However when I checked out I was advised that I needed to pay R64 for the use of towels however nothing was noted on the information paper that given to us on arrival if when I exchanged them.
