The apartment is family friendly. It's great that they've provided bunk beds in the other room to accomodate more family members. The wifi connection is fast. The caretaker is friendly and prompt in responding to our needs.

While the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The bed frame was a bit low for me

The place is clean, comfortable, and wifi is good. We only had to stay for a few hours, so there is not much I could say about other amenities the place offers. Noticed that there's a pool you can enjoy, but didn't see it up-close. The place gave us the space and comfort we needed to rest for a few hours while waiting on our travel time. It was sufficient for my family of 6. It's also conveniently located near restaurants, small grocery store, and port of Dumaguete. The unit is also quiet, so you can get some good rest. Thankful for Ms. Jane for assisting us even on a very short notice.

Communication regarding the correct location will be appreciated, especially for guests who are not familiar with the city, as there is another rental with the same name. Parking is a bit of an issue, but it was clearly communicated that there is no parking available inside the compound. However, if you have a vehicle, you may find parking on the side of the road just nearby (at your own risk). Make sure to read the messages on booking app, coz that's where the correct mobile number is to call. Not the one written on the email from booking.com.

It has the basic accommodations which is good... A hot and hold shower, lots of beds which fit a family of 5 members. There is cable TV, a refrigerator, kitchen to cook things which we were not able to use since we arrived late and left early. There's no drinking water so we had to buy. The owner of the place was very accomodating and responsive to messages.

The area was not as spacious as it seemed in the pictures, but the place was okay. There was no parking, but the it is indicated in the description of the place already so we acknowledged that already.
