The location is good as there are restaurants near accommodation .You can use the swimming pool as well except for Mondays . I feel secured as security guards where patrolling and checking the area. The owner is responsive to all the questions that i have. Its value for money as it was Not expensive.If you are looking for a place to sleep at night after a busy day exploring the city and not very fussy this place maybe right for you. Instruction for check in and how to get the key will be given to you before check in date.It has elevator as well. There is a kitchen facility id you want to cook your food but we just usually went out for a meal or have the food delivered

The place has potential and a lot of things can be improved for example water marks on bedside table can be hidden by placing a cloth cover etc, a black out curtain can be helpful to retain the temperature in the room from AC and to block out the sun , new blankets can replace the old thin blankets that is in place

The swimming pool and gym were great. You have a basketball court where you can pass the time shooting hoops. The location is good, plenty of dinning and drinking options within 10 minutes' walk. The ocean is a few hundred yards from there, the sea breeze of an evening is much appreciated on hot days.

The room was small, our room didn't have drapes to block out the sun, no garbage service, or laundry service. We were sending the towels with our clothes to the laundry to be cleaned. No microwave in the room either. The place has great potential, especially if they had a cafe' serving coffee, drinks and food for guests. They are still making improvements, it could be the place to go if they do it right!

Room amenities and comfort, and the owner is very polite and responsive with our queries.

location is great, homey vibes, amenities (though we'ren't able to experience the pool or basketball court & gym due to time constraint.

when we arrived the room had foul smell, contacted the staff but seems like she's not in the mood, then they sent someone to spray lysol thankfully it flashes away the odor. towels provided are old (if you're maarte better to use your own), not enough blankets only 4 were given. but overall our stay been comfortable & will surely be renting again here when we'll be back in dumaguete.
