Beautiful neighborhood, centrally located. Property management was friendly and easy to deal with.

Although the property was a great value and a nice safe neighborhood, the apartment needed a good deep cleaning. The air vent by the front door had lots of trash in it. The bathroom had hair piles behind the toilet and in corners. The hallway walls had something brown and sticky. Cobb webbs through the apartment. No wash clothes for the bathroom or hand towels in the kitchen. There was some paint chipping throughout. The front bedroom had a small crack in the floor that you can see through to the basement/apartment below.

We just liked the neighborhood

At the first day we asked that WiFi didn’t work, but no one helped. House didn’t have cleaning stuff and we had to spend whole not without any toilet paper which made a tough situation for all of us. We expected them to provide those necessary stuff before our arrival for all of us.
