It was big. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to downtown, which was nice and why we selected the apartment.

The price represented at the site was a low-ball price. Once you select, you get the huge cleaning fees added. This should not be allowed by Booking. The cleaning fees were more than the rental fee itself. Explain that one. Further, for that kind of fee, you would expect the apartment to be spotless. It was not. Black hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. A general malaise in counter and other surfaces. We found hairs and dirt in the sheets in our bed. Moreover, the kitchen was sadly under-equipped. Two tiny pans with the teflon surface scraped off, two small pots. Forks that felt like they were made out of paper clips. I could go on. Also, no salt or pepper in the apartment. The wifi coverage was poor and slow. The neighborhood was sketchy. Overall, would not stay again.

I loved the location, the comfort, and home-like feeling. This is definitely an exceptional property, and will be on repeat if it is available for my next trip. Thanks! Michelle

I would have appdecated thicker pillows, a mirror for getting dressed. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

There’s no WiFi in the building, the signal is poor and coming from another building, there was better signal outside The noise of above was horrible , with me being a travel nurse not being able to sleep was horrible and unable to take my test because the WiFi is horrible

It was in a nice location and close to the interstate. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but not horrible either. The ac worked excellent while we were there!

After several attempts with the host, we never got the WiFi to work. Which was ok, since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but my daughter had to use my hotspot the whole time which wasn’t good for me! Also be aware that if people are staying in the unit above, you can definitely hear them walking around! This is no fault of the host, but just something to keep in mind. Also maybe invest in some eye masks since there are only blinds on the windows in the bedrooms so it’s very bright in the mornings.

The area is nice and all of the surrounding architecture is beautiful. Anything we needed was there including coffee, which was great that first morning when we realized we forgot it. The price was perfect and we never had to wait long to get a response from the property managers when we had questions. It's in walking distance from several very nice restaurants and the rideshare was very inexpensive because of how close the property was located to most attractions.

The internet was very slow and unstable so we just used our phone hotspots mostly.

Quiet neighborhood close to all the sites of St. Louis! Lovely historic apartment, but updated nicely with wonderful features! Kids loved the spacious living room for playing while I loved having the washer, dryer, and full kitchen. Staff was amazing with communication, and answered any questions I had.

Everything was great, I have absolutely no complaints.
