Room size and the fact that staff tried to be hospitable especially Kripal.

Housekeeping was bad. Cleanliness was not there. Sofas were stained. They could have used throws. Linen did not give the fresh look.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel! We had booked two standard rooms but received a upgrade to two enourmous and very beautifully furnished historical art-deco rooms (or rather suites). That was a great treat! Breakfast was not included and we ordered a la carte, and it was really good with fresh fruit and fresh watermelon juice!
