"Avoid this place unless you have very low expecations"

Not much

A lot. The general state of the decor was very poor with lots of scuff marks on the walls and deep scratches and marks on various furniture items. The sofas were stained. The washing machine was out of order. There was an iron but no ironing board. One of the bedside lamps in the 2nd bedroom was missing it's switch so was inoperable. In the main bedroom the sockets were on one side of the bed so the lamp on the opposite side was useless as the cord didn't stretch to the socket. When attempting to contact the hosts they did not reply until the following day and simply said that as we were not 'enjoying' the apartment we could check out early. When I pointed out we only had one more night and a full day itinerary so it would not be practical to find alternative accommodation they simply ignored my message. There was no acknowledgement of the issues raised or offer to remedy. This felt like a student accommodation as all other residents appeared to be of university age.

It’s in a really good location. Lovely apartment great for families.

No onsite parking, it’s on the top floor so the elevator can take a while
