Mirror drawer broke down the night we checked in room 105. The staff was informed but no action taken. For complementary breakfast, the property was short of raw materials to provide breakfast. We had to wait for 40 mins before we got it and had to repeatedly ask for serving everyone. We were a group of 10. Requested bathroom mats to prevent room getting dirty, but that never came as well.
