AETo be honest the gentle man at reception and the guy reached the luggage to the room was really nice. However, while checking out one annoying person kept on asking at front of me if the room is OK, where I stood room checking and was checking out after clearance. What kind of customer service is it ?? Pathetic, you make your customer feel uncomfortable by asking if the room is OK 10 times at front of them.
Room quality wasn't as great as the price . Even they had 4 people room available at 2800+ tax however I didn't get the clarity on booking. Unfortunately I could just spend 3k , but spent 5 k instead. So I will never book from booking. Plus I am not too sure that I got classic or deluxe room. It looked like classic not deluxe though I paid for deluxe. Thanks for the loss and stay experience. Worst ever !!
