The host was absolutely horrible. This property is not a 'townhouse', it is a claustrophic converted garage. The picture on the ad is deceptive. We went to the unit in the picture, were given a code by the host and went in, unpacked and stayed the night. The next day, we were told we had to pay an extra R500 for the night, because we were in the wrong unit. No apology for the inconvenience of making us re-pack and move, just abuse from the host for something she caused by giving us the code for that unit, and something we had done unintentionally. I kept all of the nasty whatsapps. The 'townhouse' unit is dreadful, there was still cheese stuck on one of the plates and a knife was covered in old gravy or something. You cannot watch tv from the bed, you have to sit in upright wooden chairs from a garage sale. Very unpleasant experience altogether.

The neighbors, they even lied and complained about us saying we made noise in Friday night and we know for a fact that we were out on Friday, we were coming back for sleeps because our stay was that only, we came for the Function at Kwamadlala Location, we booked just to sleep

We arrived at the property. They gave us access and code for the lock box. We dropped off our bags and went out. Got a call 20 mins later and we were told sorry we have put you in the wrong room. You have left the door unlocked there are people in your room. We stop everything we are doing and dash back to fins people there. We are informed ours is the room I the back. As attached in the pictures the room had not been cleaned, was dirty and smelt mouldy. It was not cleaned up. We then informed the hosting left. We had to enjoy the inconvenience of having to start looking for a place in the night because we're definitely not going to be sleeping there. So we move out and barely spent 15mins there. We ask for our refund and they still insist the room is there why should we be fussing. Firstly your booking mix up.is your mistake Secondly and atleast the alternative should be clean. Be accountable for your mistakes and mishaps. A full refund is only fair. As the pics attached would you stay in room you guys failed to even sweep or mop the floors. Can only imagine what was under the covers. You as the hosts do.you deem that acceptable. Or for As long as the guests are paying to helm with them you have made your money.
