Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

There were a few small things No can opener They got us one after a couple of hours No sieve or colander Dirty roasting tin in oven Although Celine went to shop and got us new ones straight away She also asked if we needed anything else she would get it for us Nothing too much trouble

Great location, views and most of the facilities.

A toaster and bread knife would be useful.

The location, view and size of the apartment and bedrooms was great.

We went to check in at 4.30 but the key wasn’t in the key safe, I had to call the manager who let me know the cleaner was still in the flat and they then brought the key out. The instructions for the building are quite vague as there are lots of flats and buildings in the area. There also wasn’t anything to tell us the flat was on floor 5. Parking instructions were also very vague, you have to use the fob to open the shutters to go to the basement of the car park - I found this out by reading reviews rather than instructions from the property manager. The flat needed a bit of TLC, it wasn’t particularly clean, had quite a few light bulbs not working, bathroom extractor fans not working and was missing things like batteries for remotes, empty hand soap and used open toiletry bottles in the showers, and all of the blinds were broken.

Everything. It’s amazing and I’d love to come back again someday other time

The location was good. Communication and instructions prior to arrival with photos were really helpful.

The parking was in a very small space making it hard for us to park our car. Had we have been told prior to arrival how low the ceiling was and how tight it would have been to get in and out we would have parked elsewhere. The flat was filthy. There were wipe marks all over the kitchen surfaces where an attempt to wipe them over had taken place but this just smeared the dirt and grease around. The bin lid in the kitchen was covered in the previous guests food remnants and the walls covered in grease. The carpet was covered in what seemed like cat hair (I’m telling myself this as the alternative isn’t nice!) and the surfaces were covered in dust. In addition to this there was pink slimy build up behind the taps and the tiles in the main bathroom behind the sink were also disgusting. The whole place smelt like a combination of stale smoke and cat’s wee. Oddly too, the bedding from the previous guests was drying in the wardrobe space making it impossible to hang clothes up and made the whole place feel damp. We stayed as a family of 3, with our 8 year old daughter and also found it worrying that there were bottle of bleach left in the bathrooms and cupboards. I hate complaining when staying somewhere as I know how tricky things are but I’m afraid I couldn’t let this one go without letting the owners know.

Lack of cooking equipment - there wasn’t even a toaster or saucepans - just one frying pan and one large pasta pot! The kitchen also lacked a tea towel, a sieve or even one or two dishwasher tablets! There was no welcome pack or instructions which would definitely have helped when we arrived after the nightmare we had finding the car park and entering the apartment! Many other reviews also mention the fact that the directions to the underground car park were woefully inadequate but sadly I didn’t read these reviews before we arrived!

The apartment was amazing! Spacious, clean and a great location. We had a great weekend and we would stay again.

First of all, the instructions to finding the property were non existent. We assumed it would be in the same block as where the key was. We walked round for ages wasting time until we found someone to help us. The car park instructions were also poor. It didn’t say to go to the bottom floor and use the key fob to open the shutters. The twin bedroom is very basic. There is no mirror and the lighting is poor. The bathroom lighting is very dull too. There is no toaster in the kitchen which is an essential appliance. Most of the blinds were broken and looked very untidy.

Great location with easy access to both the beach and pubs / restaurants around the marina. Secure parking.

Apartment is tired and needs a deep clean. Lots of little things were wrong - plenty of crockery but only a couple of pans; wet washing in the wardrobe; lights not working; no instructions for anything. Just not good enough.

The internet cut off a few times and an extra pot would have been nice
