Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

The curtains blinds within the property were all damaged or faulty so could not close them in the evening, not as per the photos on booking.com It is a nice apartment could do with all rooms being re-decorated (as patches in the main bedroom) & blinds replacing, other than that great location & easy access.

Balcony not accessible, windows didn’t close so very cold, apartment tidy, but not clean, won’t be staying g here again I’m afraid

Check in instructions were not very clear. The parking space was really tight.

Our second stay. Great location overlooking the marina, short walk into town centre. Flat is clean, comfortable and spacious (1 double, 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, kitchen / lounge / dining room and balcony). Oven as well as hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Bed linen & towels provided, plus shower gel etc and coffee / tea / sugar. Free parking just opposite.

Just a couple of little niggles - some of the blinds in the flat do not close properly and need replacing, TV did not work as batteries in the remote were dead and there were no spares. Reserved parking spot is underground, which was not clear from the instructions. Spaces are quite tight, and there is not much height clearance when parking.

Very spacious! Close to the arena (5min walk) and the views are gorgeous. Very close to the beach.

In all honesty, the place doesn't feel luxurious. The pictures are definitely from when it was first done. The mismatch of furniture made it feel like the first place you get after being in Uni. Everything needs a bit of a refresh, a bit of a paint with replacing or removing unnecessary furniture. There was quite a lot of wear and tear on a lot of things. The main thing I would 100% suggest is that the blinds are replaced in the main bedroom as they are not good enough for privacy anymore due to how old they are and I would suggest curtains instead of blinds as they bang on the window when you have it open. The toilet paper was not a lot of ply and the shampoo and shower gel bottles had not been fully replenished from the previous stay properly, looking half used. If you're going to advertise a place with the word luxurious then these are the extra touches I'm assuming I will get. If the place had an overhaul and a revamp, it would do wonders as it's such a lovely apartment!

Lovely spacious and well-equipped apartment and fantastic location right opposite the Arena. Very comfortable. Lovely view, only of the marina, not the beach, as advertised. Good WiFi. Lift.

Arrival Instructions were a little vague. For example, tell people that the allotted parking space is in the basement, that outside entry to the flats is via the little disc on the key chain, and that the apartment is on the 5th floor (though there is a lift). TV remote not working. Noise from restaurant staff on ground floor of block late at night.
