Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

The location is excellent ,a spacious apartment with a great outlook and balcony

It is described as luxurious which it probably was . It is now very tired needing a lot of tlc damage to kitchen worktops ,skirting, no shower curtain in one bathroom, damaged blinds, stained carpet which sadly is disappointing after seeing the location

Great location and balcony with view over the marina. Free, secure parking nearby. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Two bathrooms and settees.

A little run down - in need of some TLC. Not well cleaned. Blinds only which need to be replaced so had to hang blankets at the bedroom window. No shower curtain in one bathroom so floor got soaked. No hot water and no dishwasher tablets so had to wash up using a kettle - only one tea towel.

Perfect location for Swansea arena. Beautiful views of the marina. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great instructions on how to pick up keys

Parking space in the multistorey was tight for a large car but great that it's safe and secure

Location was fantastic

The location was perfect with lovely views. The apartment was large, comfortable and the balcony is a great addition.

The apartment needs a bit of TLC and a good deep clean. Some blinds were broke and overall could have been cleaner.

Great location, everything was good as expected, only the car park was a little tight with a large car

Well where do I start ONE I asked if I could book in at 2 instead of 3 o’clock and they asked for £10 so I didn’t bother TWO not easy to find the car park why don’t you take photos of the car park ? also mention of the fob to get into the apartment. THREE what sort of cleaner do you have ? Walls dirty stains especially in the kitchen area, stains all over the carpet in the living area, radiators thick with dust, the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned the saucepans weren’t clean the walls in the flat had been over painted in areas so patches everywhere Table in living room legs all rusty, skirting boards on top and around carpet area thick with dust. I Opened the one cupboard to be greeted by an airer with towels on and mould all over the walls OUT OF DATE milk sachets from January Top of the cooked hood thick with dust and grease, light switches dirty THE WHEELIE BINS outside were cleaner than the apartment The front of the kitchen cupboards were all stained they has left a used kitchen scrubby in the sink The only thing that was clean was the bathrooms and beds I got loads of photos wish I could put them all on here
