Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

Location is great for the arena.

Really needs an update and things fixing. Not clean at all. Parking didn’t work so ended up paying for parking in car park next door.

Location was close to our booked concert venue. Overlooked the Marina which was lovely. Apartment was very spacious.

Very tatty paintwork throughout the property which all needs freshening up . Stained carpet in front room and dated and mismatched paint splattered furniture in bedroom . Washing machine had dirty towels in it. Old tatty shower Cubicle and the sink in the bathroom would not drain as the little lever at the back of the tap to bring the plug up was not working so had a sink full of dirty water for the whole duration, whole apartment needs a good spruce up if it’s going to call itself “Artistic and luxurious APT “ as the only artistic thing was a few pictures on the wall sorry. The apartment itself was very difficult to find as was not clearly marked and we spent st least 30 minutes wandering around looking for it and asked several people. Instructions for accessing the allocated parking were confusing as it talks about a button on the shutter which is misleading as the button is on the key fob itself which is not made clear so we had to ring the host .

Stains on the floor, previous ceiling leak not repaired

The kitchen was greasy and needed a good clean. The oven had not been cleaned properly. One dining chair was broken. Some equipment was not there - potato peeler, small sharp knife, etc. The shower glass was black in places. No cafetiere for coffee. Crockery was dirty in some instances. A pan handle was loose. To have to pay for cleaning was a joke! I am writing to the company complaining and giving much more detail.

Hole in ceiling, dirty carpet, locked windows & one of the balcony doors with no key, bathroom plug stuck, blood stain on bed sheet.

Great location! Close to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. Not far from LC2 and the waterfront museum. The apartment is spacious and has ever needed. Parking available! Beautiful view of the marina.

Could do with a light makeover and the kettle doesn’t work.
