Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

When we entered the apartment, the cleaning lady was inside. She said she didn't know anyone would be in the apartment today and that she had only done a light clean and would do a deep clean in the morning. We called the owner and were told our apartment would be cleaned today. There was a lack of professionalism and communication between the staff. The apartment is big, two bathrooms were fantastic and nice balcony

There is apartment above and kids were running till midnight

Location excellent

Dated furniture. Single beds were uncomfortable for adults. Door handle to ensuit bathroom was broken and chance of getting locked inside, had to wedge door to avoid it closing.

The apartment hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest so we had to sleep in dirty bedding they was dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom the bins was full the door handle to the onsuite bathroom handle was broke They was many things wrong I was absolutely gutted we was super tired as we didn’t get there till 2am from being at a very big event with Snoop Dogg at au vodka headquarters

we couldn’t get the hot water to work

Very spacious lovely view.. Communication from host was very good . The day before sent all details on how to access the apartment.

There was a patch on the ceiling where there must have been a leak . The handle on the bathroom door came off in my hand. The parking was a bit awkward to find and very narrow to get into.

The apartment was filthy with worn stained carpets, a damaged ceiling .the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty

Needed a good clean .Only one stained tea towel.Wet washing in wardrobe and cupboard to dry.Airfryer not cleaned. Stains on carpet.Bedroom blind in small room broke .Stain on stool in master bedroom .Fridge shelf dirty.
