Artistic and luxurious APT with Sea view. Beach side

Location was good. View of jetty was nice but the positives stop there.

Manager asked for us to stay in to wait for technician to come and fix internet. He never came. Television did not work. Messaged & attempted to call manager who did not respond. Linen & towels were stained, discoloured & were about 2 years past retire date. I had to clean the shower as walls had mould and scum on them. Wet towels and sheets still in washing machine. Wet washing hanging in cupboards. Kettle “on” switch broken requiring a knife to turn on. Paint peeling from ceiling and skirtings. Dirty cutlery left in sink. Stained/stretched carpet. Walls dirty and stained.

Dirty towelles. And everything is very shabby. Ceiling has partly coming down

Location and view was excellent. Lovely spacious apartment.

Location is great and having parking provided is great. Apartment is really spacious. Communication was excellent.

A lot of evidence of damage to apartment from previous tenants which is a shame. Needs a facelift and will be luxurious again.

Mismatch crockery - could accommodate 4 but only 3 glasses and mugs Towels were threadbare

Place is not clean, stains on carpet, skirting boards falling apart,showers dirty, definitely not luxurious as the name says, maybe was when was first bought. Also as we were leaving at 11am checkout time, some woman was standing outside the apartment door wanting the key. You won't get an extra free minute off this lot.

Excellent location. Stunning balcony views. Parking great. Good restaurants and bars, shops very near. Great apartment. Lift great.

Really grubby. Every cup and glass needed washing before use. Cutlery Filthy. Shower curtain missing so a wet bathroom. Towels terrible. It really spoiled what could have been a great experience.

The apartment was dirty, a lot of stains on the carpet, stains on towels and sheets, the front of all the kitchen cupboards and microwave were smeared, as if wiped with dirty cloth, kitchen sink taps all water marked, not wiped, only 1 teatowel,and that was wet on the floor of the balcony, glasses had to be washed before use food debris in fridge door shelf, I felt that charging £25 for cleaning was disgusting, for the standard of cleanliness that the apartment was in, and want to request a refund of a minimum of the £25 paid
