The view was good

The blinds in bedroom were broken so one window had no coverage so you was sleeping in a goldfish bowl

There was no breakfast provided. The location is excellent.

There was no TV remote control in the apartment No washing up liquid for dishes The sitting room and bedroom did not have tissue, and the blinds were missing, so there was no privacy. No toilet tissue holders were installed No coffee machine was available. Tea and coffee were of inferior quality. Our experience with this apartment was a disaster; we will never use it again or recommend it to family and friends.

Beds were comfortable. Location and view were amazing.

Blinds were broken and couldn’t be closed. Door to balcony was broken so locked shut and couldn’t be used. Stains on carpets and stool. Towels were well worn. Windows didn’t shut properly so wind was blowing through. Whole apartment is in desperate need of maintenance. It’s a shame because the location and view are perfect.

Apartment dated and needed maintenance appalling attitude from cleaning for being 20 mins late giving keys back aggressive and swearing.

Location was nice. Beds were comfortable! Parking included in the rental at the car park was wonderful!

Property was dirty. Not well kept. Towels were stained/dirty. Only bath towels provided (no hand towels or paper towels). Kitchen and main room look like they had a quick clean. Hair (not ours) was in the bath tube and in the carpet. Carpet super stained. Apartment smelled of smoke. If I didn’t prepay, would have chosen another place to stay!

Location, easy access and good parking in paid public carpark next to property. Felt safe. Tea/coffee/milk sachets appreciated.

Cleanliness had room for improvement, broken & aged blinds meant lack of privacy and poor sleep, no shower screen or curtain in main bathroom, ironing board broken. Something broken in en-suite shower. Old sponge in kitchen sink & stains on t-cloth.
