Best for my family

We made two trip to this hotel FIRST AND LAST. We were told they had coffee in room-NONE. No phone in rooms. Curtains on the windows in bad shape. Property is in process of being overhauled Ice machine not accessible for guests. The manager was nice and polite- the only thing positive

There's a reason it's so cheap. Room reeked of smoke, couldn't close the curtains all the way, no chair for the table, sink and tables had not been cleaned, there were food stains from the last person. Not only did the room smell of smoke guy but the linens and towels smelled strongly of smoke. It is being renovated so it might be nice one day, but until that day comes avoid it.

Hotel was closed requiring me to rebook late at night. I was then charged regardless!

When we arrived we first noticed that the building we were looking at had windows shattered and broken glass. We thought the hotel was closed down. But we saw an office entrance and walked in and we were told that there were no more king size bed accommodations available even though I had reservations.

We go to check in and we had booked and paid for a king, they told us they were out of kings even though that is what I paid for… they had given us a queen. The property is a mess, dirty. They are going through renovations BUT they left the trash and junk out in public eye and it just looks bad. There are only like 3 outlets in the room as well. The door in the room, huge gaps no seal at all. Someone walks by and the door shakes… doesn’t feel safe.The room is renovated which is like nice but it is lacking!!! Biggest concern is the safety. The area looks sketchy as hell, and the construction and renovation trash doesn’t help either. The lady at the desk was nice enough. I wouldn’t come back here personally.
