Should have just gone to holiday inn for like $20 more

Staff was wonderful! Beautiful motel with exceptional rates!!

The was blood spots all over the mattress pad where they have had bed bugs they put us in another room there was stains all over the sheets we left I try getting my money back but Hotels. Com is not working with me

The property is still under Renovation. However, iur room was very clean & comfortable. I didn't like not having a rack or someplace to jang my clothes. The staff was awesome

My daughter and I stay there for 7 days and not one day did the housekeeper come to empty trash, make the beds or anything. I called down to the office the first day we were there to see if somebody could get the tv to work, she said she was sending someone but they never showed up. Bathroom was dirty. Especially the tub. The only thing good was the location and the hot water in the bathroom.

Place was dirty and they had no beds available. And they keep trying to take a payment when we didnt even stay at this place.

I would appreciate the staffs and manager, room was so nice
