"Coronado Luxury Suite visit below expectations"

Breakfast options were good but the quality of food was quite average and below our expectations for a 5 star resort. We previously visited in July 2021 and had a much better experience.

It took 10 minutes or more to get hot water from either the sink or the shower. That is totally unacceptable for a 5 star resort and must be addressed by the hotel staff. When asked about this, the staff indicated that this was possible, which again is not acceptable.
