We love the fact that it wasnt overcrowded. The staff was very friendly. Food was very delicious.

"Besides the room the resort is lovely with beautiful pool and grounds."

Breakfast was ok. Limited menu.

Our problem was with the room. Needed updating. Limited and old furniture. Cold appearance, ie. No pictures or color in room. No amnesties such as coffee pot, hair dryer. Toilet had to be held when you flushed so it wouldn't come loose. We paid the same as our other family and they received a lovely suite (which we had in two previous stays).

This was a wonderful resort. It was nice and secure although the staff were super friendly. Check in was easy and the pools were pretty awesome. Just note that the primary club with ocean access is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance and that was one of our main days there. However we could still drive down to the beach and walked through to access a pretty much empty beach!

The beds and pillows could use an upgrade, but otherwise the room was great. It's located on the second story with no elevator access FYI.

"very nice, other than water temperature"

it was nice, pretty location, clean

the shower only got Luke warm water, even with letting it run >5 minutes
