The people working in the place are friendly

The hotel refuse to provide an invoice, which is causing me problems to justify the expense to my bosses. The hotel don't accept Google Pay for the deposit. The place could be cleaner and the location is not the best in the city.

Nice apartment.

Loud partying in building. Homeless people all over outside. Fire trucks and ambulances passing by. Lots of traffic noise Creepy someone's stalking me vibe while in apartment. Not a very comfortable stay. Next.

Hi just FYI we very much enjoyed our stay. Some feedback pls advise guest Noma neighbourhood North is more attractive than southern neighbourhood. Staff very helpful and polite. Will recommend your place thanks.  Thanks Mr Kym Ayling

Our room need a bath plug. Suggest providing more toilet paper for long stay guests rather than having to ask at desk.

Rooms were nice. A bit dirty but ok. Bed was comfortable. Couch had burn holes .

The staff. The staff was absolutely terrible. The woman who greeted us was just terrible and should not be talking to clients. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

The staff was very nice but I question the overall cleanliness a bit. I had a few flies in my room and I find that unusual in the fall.

I did like that the venue was close to where I needed to report for work.

The hotel did not provide building access for my entire stay. One of the staff stood and watched me ring the bell for entry and refused to open the door. Thankfully, guests who were leaving were kind enough to open the door for me. Homeless people stand out front asking for money and even followed me around the corner to my taxi. I requested to speak to a manager and was provided an email address. The manager never responded to my request via email for my concerns to be addressed, a formal apology and partial refund for not being able to use my room code for room entry and building entry. Definitely has safety concerns and lack of professionalism from staff.
