"Quiet and relaxing"

Lovely location with views across the loch. The apartment was spacious and equipped to a very high standard. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I would recommend requesting a first floor apartment as you could hear people moving around upstairs.

Communication from the word go with Hazel was top notch. Staff were on hand and very helpful. Stunning location, accomodation was awesome and comfortable.

"Needs some attention to detail"

Great location on the water and friendly staff - Hazel is a star! In-house sauna is a plus.

The fridge still had contents in it from the previous guests. The double bed is as advertised but for a 6’2”person, your feet will be pressed up against the footboard. Kitchen faucet came away in our hands as soon as we touched it (that may have been the previous guest who didn’t report it to management). Guests are asked to take glass bottles to the nearby recycling center. Is this really a guests responsibility? Thought management would collect them and drop off at their convenience.

"Fantastic place to stay absolutely beautiful and the wildlife is stunning."

The host was brilliant, really funny and Fruin was a joy!! The boat house had a sauna that we were not expecting and was brilliant. Really gorgeous place to stay and would recommend. The story about the cat was brilliant! And the hope of seeing the resident otter was great too.

Felt like the boathouse could do with a deep clean, lots of animal hair on stairs, food in the back of the fridge, just a wee bit of a clean. Mattress in the front room needs replaced too.

The property was perfect (bridge deck) had everything we needed including a sauna and jacuzzi bath! The manager Hazel was great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We loved everything about it
