Great location, spacious. Wood burner. Friendly staff.

Whilst we realise that the bathrooms are designed to cater for disabilities, it makes them less comfortable for able bodied people.

Beds could be more comfortable and firmer.

L'emplacement et cadre sublimes. Logement spacieux et propre. Calme et tranquille. Vue sur le loch. Une place de parking privative devant la maison.

Sauna et bain à bulles hors service, sièges des wc non fixés, il faudrait un peu plus de couverts et envisager de remplacer le matelas de la chambre donnant sur le parking car les ressorts sont usés. Les autres matelas étaient confortables.

Es ist eine einzigartige Lage, direkt am Wasser, sehr abgelegen, das hat uns- Familie- gut gefallen Die Natur und Vegetation ist unglaublich schön, auch bei fast Mal stärkerem , mal schwächerem Dauerregen, der nur kurz von einigen Sonnenminuten unterbrochen wurde. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig, mit en suite Badezimmern. Auch eine kleine Sauna ist dabei, sehr angenehm b kälteren Temperaturen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles um gut kochen zu können. Es ist auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Die Küche war bei unserer Ankunft nicht so sauber, wie wir es gewünscht hätten, da war das Waschbecken ordentlich zu putzen und auch die Arbeitsflächen.

Hazel and her team are great - very helpful and welcoming. The views are stunning, and there are many nearby places worth visiting. We loved the sauna and the back garden, especially enjoying our morning coffee with such beautiful scenery.

A few appliances weren’t in the best shape, but this small issue didn’t affect our stay. We reported it, and it turned out they had already been ordered but hadn’t arrived yet.
