FRWe really enjoyed being in a farm atmosphere surrounded by the vineyards. We were very pleased with our room very cozy. We enjoyed the friendliness and the presence of Crisma who greated us so warmly. Without forgetting her husband personality.

ZAThis is a new listing, and what a wonderful find it was. Great location tucked away on a table grape farm but yet not far off the main road. Lovely outlook onto the garden and separate and privately placed from the main house. A charming outside eating area next to the barbecue braai. The furnishing is very tasteful and classy, yet with a rustic farm feel. Quality linen and down duvet. So we were warm and cosy on a mid-July night with a heater, duvet and electric blanket . A whole wall of cupboards for all your stuff : both clothing and supplies. The owners of the farm are a fun and charming couple, sensitive to your privacy, yet there when needed. They spoilt us with all sorts of goodies and delicacies ,way more generous than normal, wonderful South African farm hospitality. Take a stroll down to Die Punt, an old camping site, and spend time at the river. We used this accommodation as a base to explore both Kakamas and Keimoes and the wine farms in this area.
The hot water took a long time to run hot and then, it was not very hot. But this is a farm,and the owners are aware of this issue.

ZAI had a wonderful time at the farm. It is very quiet, clean and they welcome you with many treats that make you feel comfortable. The hosts are super friendly and assist with anything and make you feel at home. There are nice hikes nearby and the hosts give good recommendation on where to go and what to do. The hot springs are a must. I kept extending my stay as it was better than expected. Excellent value for money. A Good coffee machine and a well equipped kitchen. A comfortable bed with electric sheets to keep warm. I didn't want to leave... :) tips: Chrisma makes really nice bread and they have Braai packs for sale
The pressure of the water in the shower could be better as well as the temperature, but the place is still 10/10 and highly recommended
