The people were eventually very accommodating.

We booked and paid for an executive triple room , but on arrival the staff has said that we had booked and paid for a different room and they had given the room we had paid for to a different guest, they tried to convince me to stay in the cheaper room for one night and they would move us the following day, I was unwell and tired and in tears as my husband has to go to a meeting so I was alone. They asked another guest to move rooms for me, and made me feel like I had been difficult. When I finally connected to the internet I showed them that we had indeed booked the executive triple room, I felt they were taking advantage as I am female, western and at that point tired. The room device we ordered was incorrect and more expensive than we had expected.

Location and breakfast are good. The staff are very courteous and the rooms are maintained clean.

On weekends they blast music from the pub below. The sound is so loud the whole building shakes. The music goes on up to the wee hours. It is impossible for anybody to sleep! All requests and complaints just go vain. The staff just express their helplessness.
