NOBILI LIBARDI - VILLA BASEVI

Een kleine oase in het midden van de stad

Die Unterkunft Villa Basevi - Nobili Libardi, die von Marika und Cesare Libardi betrieben wird, ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um eine noble, alt-ehrwürdige Villa in Verona, die eine eigene, längere Geschichte hat und deren Innenräume eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre ausstrahlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, und für deutsche Gäste ist es ein angenehmer Vorteil, daß Marika sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Da unser erstes Zimmer - auf unseren Wunsch ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten - zu Straße hin gelegen und von daher ein wenig geräuschintensiv war, gab uns Marika auf unsere Bitte hin ein zum Garten gelegenes Zimmer, das angenehm ruhig war. Im luxuriösen, großen Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoß steht ein komfortabler Kaffee-Automat zu Verfügung, an dem man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder auch Tee zubereiten kann. Im Garten bzw. um das Haus gibt es mehrere lauschige Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man diesen dann trinken und auch eine mitgebrachte Kleingkeit essen kann; wir haben dort immer unser selbst zubereitetes Frühstück zu uns genommen. Die Zimmer sind natürlich mit all den Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man heute so erwarten kann, aber sollte man wirklich mal etwas vermissen, sorgt Marika schnell für Abhilfe. Von der Unterkunft aus sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten Veronas sowie gute Restaurants zu Fuß in etwa 15-30 Miunten gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten unseren Wagen auf dem Parkplatz der Villa, der gegen ein kleines Entgelt angeboten wird, in den 4 Tagen dort abgestellt und ihn für unsere Erkundung der Stadt nicht benötigt. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat! Sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben, kommen wir gerne wieder.

The location was fantastic, outside of the old town but a short walk to all the sights. The architecture and history of the area and the house was very interesting. It felt like local Verona without the tourists. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful

breakfast is not provided but there are good cafes close by which more than make up for it. In fact a short walk to breakfast is good exercise and contributed to the overall Verona experience!

The villa is wonderful. So elegant and well kept. You feel like a princess. It' s well located, not in the very centre but at 10 minutes walk, therefore in a quiet zone. The owners are extremely nice people and always available to help. You can take take free coffee of all sort and tea in tje livong room and everything is free in the minifridge of the room, including a minibottle of prosecco, cookies, nuts, chips, water. A nice detail

Everything was wonderful. Maybe the toiletries could be improved. Big dispensers of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion would be great, possibly local and organic, so as to reduce the use of plastic

Pre-arrival communication was sent automatically and unsolicited, without any prior request from my side. It focused entirely on restrictions (e.g. check-in time, luggage, parking), which did not come across as particularly welcoming. Half an hour after I had shared this feedback, I received a message from the management saying the room was no longer available, citing a technical issue and no alternative room being available. They apologised and asked me to cancel my booking. The management then called me, justifying the auto-message and asking me again to cancel the booking myself. I declined and requested that the property handle the cancellation directly, as it would otherwise have shifted responsibility to my side.

Molto silenzioso e pulito. Bellissima location con arredamento di classe. Di sera grazie all sapiente gioco di luci sembra la casa delle fate. E davvero tutto molto curato e lo staff e gentilissimo.

Restare solo una notte. Sarebbe stato bello rimanere di piu. Sia per l hotel che per lw città
