NOBILI LIBARDI - VILLA BASEVI

Quiet location but nice and close to the centre. I took the bus from the train station, was really easy. The hosts were very obliging. I had some great recommendations for restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. The snacks and drinks in the fridge were a welcome addition. The free coffee and tea in the communal area was also great. I sat outside on the patio to enjoy the sunshine. It would have been nice to have breakfast onsite but it was not the end of the world. I loved having my own balcony. The gardens were beautiful and well tended. Certainly I would return again.

Ein fantastisches und ganz besonderes Haus mit tollen Gastgebern, unser Aufenthalt in Verona wurde so zu einer ganz besonderen Erfahrung. Die Lage ist erstklassig in einem ruhigen, grünen Viertel wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und bekamen jede Menge Tipps und Ratschläge für unseren Aufenthalt in Verona. Es gibt gratis Kaffee und Tee in einem herrlichen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Die Villa ist herrlich eingerichtet und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Die grüne Oase mitten in einer belebten Stadt!

Die Lage ist super: Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind ein Traum. Super freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und es ergaben sich sehr nette und informative Gespäche mit tollen Lokalempfehlungen obendrein. Die Villa hat einen liebevoll gestalteten Garten und ist mit wunderschönen antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bad war sehr geräumig. Auch ein Parkplatz im Innenhof wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen!

Absolut nichts!

This is a family-run guesthouse and very welcoming to guests who follow 'house-rules'. Meals cannot be offered by guesthouses. Nearby, are plenty of cafes/restaurants. The guesthouse is beautifully appointed with lovely gardens and a few minutes to the river and old town.

There was a lack of privacy in the bathroom arrangements in our room meaning the bathroom/toilet had no roof and was an open box built into the room. We coped with the situation.

Tolle ruhige Lage, in Fußweite vom Zentrum von Verona. Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hat tolle Tipps. Außerdem finde ich das Haus außergewöhnlich stilvoll und liebevoll hergerichtet.

It was a pleasure to stay at Nobili Libardi, a Baroque style villa located in a leafy neighbourhood in Verona. The property is beautifully maintained throughout and offers a peaceful and calm atmosphere. It's conveniently located with just a short stroll to Verona's shopping and the famous Arena di Verona. There are restaurants in abundance. Lake Garda is easily accessible by car or public transport. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Nobili Libardi. Thank you to my hosts and I hope to return very soon.
