Well priced, great location and very clean

Door number was a sticker written on by pen.

Where it was located and the apartment itself.

The only downside was how warm it was because you can’t open the windows and one of the fans didn’t work.

Great location, close to centre and First Arena. Spacious living area, neat and tidy throughout.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Please provide a mattress top or invest in a new one. The apartment smelt of stale smoke as well as the main corridor.

None of the windows opened and it was very hot in the room. The main building had a very pungent smell. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The building is being renovated and looks like work has stalled. Looks like you are walking into an abandoned office building. Also the whole building smells of cannabis which would stop me staying there again. Real shame as the apartment is nice.

Good location and the building looks great from the outside. Good size property in a very quiet spot.

So many things! - The communal areas of the building are just horrible. - The self check-in was quite confusing. I entered thought the wrong entrance and had trouble finding the room with the locks. The building actually looks half finished on the inside. - Cheap finishes, wobbly furniture, several things need fixing like the handles and she shower. - Poorly cleaned, dust everywhere, the showerhead was full of black mould, stained on the carpet and chairs. - The mattress was of the worst quality! Very soft and I could feel the springs. I had to sleep on the sofabed which wasn't great either. - When I complained to the property about the mattress the moment I entered the property (as I wasn't gonna sleep on it), I received a very dismissive reply. - They also placed several diffusers throughout the property with a very strong and unpleasant fragrance. I suppose they are trying to cover the bad smell in the flat. Looks good in the pictures, but it's not worth the money at all
