Kest Cozy Apartment in Leeds!

From reading previous reviews I was a bit nervous about staying here but we had a large convention in the arena and all places were booked up so I reluctantly booked an apartment in this former hospital building. At first glance I was pleasantly surprised as they seemed to have done a great deal of work and huge improvement since the reviews. However, on my second night I suddenly saw a cockroach crawling on the duvet and that for me destroyed all the first good impression I had made of the place. Luckily I had gone prepared with disposable bedding, mite spray and a few other safety products but I must say I did not need to use all of them. So on the whole I would say great effort but not I would not book again!

The mattress was very thin I could feel the springs pressing into my ribs, and the cockroach in the bed/duvet really ruined my comfort to sleep.

Uncomfortable bed, poorly decorated, basic facilities

Overall the property was very comfortable and well kept and clean

however when it came to the kitchen, the cutlery lacked quite a few things which made cooking food slightly difficult.

Nice kitchen. Nice area in walking distance to the city centre and ALDI for grocery shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cozy flat, very comfy bed and clean bathroom. Modern. Perfect for couples who want to explore/stay in Leeds. Lots of utensils and plates.

You can hear the hallway outside the apartment and it can be very loud (people talking etc). Windows cannot be opened. City rats in and around the nearby park. Otherwise great!!

Very clean and spacious. Amazing value for money, very helpful owners/staff answered the phone straight away when we needed.
