Chathuni was fantastic and a credit to the hotel. She made us feel every welcome on our special 40th wedding anniversary !

A water dispenser would be nice

Personnel was very friendly and attentive to details. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Swimming pool and the mango trees surrounding the hotel, beautiful views of the mountains really made us feel relaxed. Spa facilities were great too.

Travelling with a small child, we found the dinner start time (7:30pm) too late for what we are used to. Further nothing really negative.

Being a hotel only run by women, I truly appreciate the concept behind this establishment. It also adds more meaning and empowering touch to the whole experience. The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. The manager personally checked in with us daily and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless everyday. On our last day, the team went above and beyond to arrange a lovely dinner by the pool for my partner and me which was truly memorable.

My experience at the spa wasn’t quite what I expected. The masseuse spoke continuously throughout the treatment, venting about her personal life and low pay, despite several cues from my side indicating that I would have preferred a quiet, relaxing experience.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Dilani from reception. The environment was calm, peaceful, and truly relaxing. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

However, the bathroom floor was a little slippery, and the Yaka Bar was not functioning during our stay

ホテル到着までの道の暗さ、細さ、案内の少なさ。 夜到着だったので、エントランスに着くまでがとても不安だった。

Heerlijke plek aan het meer. Zeer sfeervol ingericht. Vanuit daar een safari geregeld met een ontzettend leuke en enthousiaste gids van de accommodatie. De kamer had een prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt en diner is zeer uitgebreid. Niets ontbrak!
