It could have done with a good clean - under the bed was awful , the shelf in the bathroom , filthy! Odd smell in the bedroom .

Cleans was awful, beefs still have hair left over from last guests. Bins weren’t even cleaned before we arrived walls had marks all over

The property was unclean and had to leave early hours in the morning due to the beds being broken and being that uncomfortable I have photos and videos of the state the property was inn when just arriving then in the morning was met with unprofessional customer service and now have taken the security deposit which was agreed would be given back within 3 to 5 working business days so have basically been a victim of a security deposit scam

It was unclean and many things were broken not to professional standards. The beds frames were broken and mattresses was uncomfortable springs sticking into backs, the side tables were wobbly, there was tea or drinks stains up wall, photos frames were upside down, screws all in walls dotted around, towels were unclean and stained, sheets were stained

The bedrooms had no doors - they were lent against the wall. Broken beds and furniture. Dirty, food and stains in the bed no heating in November tge place was freezing

When I spoke to management I was blackmailed with 10% refund if I gave a good review. It took more than 13 days fog the damage deposit to e refunded at my request also.

Property was absolutely disgusting, wouldn't let my dog sleep there. Riddled with damp, door coming away from frame, wall paper coming off walls, mould in bathroom. Umhygienic is not enough to describe the state of cleanliness. Fridge absolutely stank, urine behind toilet, strange stains on walls.. The lost goes on and on. Owner refused full refund even though me and the 3 kids had to find elsewhere to stay.. Ruined my kids first holiday fir 2 years. And even threatened to phone police on me. I have more photographic evidence of it all but can't add enough

The property was really hot! The room was cramped. The bathroom did not have a fan. It smealt damp which wafted into the bedroom. The toilet roll, toilet seat and towel rail was broken. There was no toilet roll on arrival though it appeared in the room later on in the evening whilst we were out. The blinds were broke and wouldn't open or close and had big gaps either end. There were no curtains and a big crack in the window. It was really difficult to sleep.
