APARTMENT RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

The apartment is in front of the beach and at the center of the Main Street.

The apartment need renovation. Except bed, table and two chairs everything need to be renovated. The bathroom door was damaged and looks like it will fall. The bathroom was not very clean, there were black spots between the tiles. The air conditioner was central and very old and it is impossible to sleep while working. There was a smell from the kitchen ventilation.

Skvela poloha apartmanu. Pres ulici rovnou na plazi, v okoli parkovaci domy, obchody, restaurace a dobre spojeni busem do mesta. Pani Karol velmi rychle reaguje na dotazy.

Jedinci s potrebou spat v tichu si musi vzit spunty do usi. V okoli bary s hlasitou muzikou temer do brzkeho rana. Nas to nerusilo, ale ulice ocean drive je velmi rusna a patri to k ni.

Locations the only plus to this property

DO NOT BOOK HERE . I imagined an appt overlooking the beach . What I got was a 1950s appt approached via a dingy back alley . Rusty / broken furniture and a view over the local air conditioning units . Over $600 for 2 nights - stay elsewhere much nicer places for less

Lage ist grundsätzlich gut

Allerdings befindet sich der Eingang direkt zwischen zwei Bars und wirkt nicht einladend. Der Boden in dem kleinen Apartment ist schräg. Die Klimaanlage riecht unangenehm (Mischung zwischen muffig und parfümiert).

Great studio to stay, right in heart of Miami beach. Beautiful beach right outside and you can see it even from window. Certanly will be back
