So teuer, wenn man jemand zu besuch kommen und dort übernachten müssen wir nochmal was draufzahlen obwohl ich schon 2 zimmer gebucht haben. Dann gab noch stromausfall 12std. lang einfach sehr ärgerlich.... das war das erste und das letzte mal, nie wieder....!

The owner is very accommodating and friendly all my queries answered, I booked it around September since then I message the owner till February about everything, they make sure that my family is comfortable when they arrived.

It’s a bit far, no transportation nearby.

staff was great!

Pool was very dirty, location was too far from all the restaurants and beaches.

- i love that i can lounge at the beach inside newcoast - ate receptionist is very attentive, smiles a lot - newcoast feels exclusive tips: - allot enough time when waiting for HoHo buses - interval of Comet buses inside Newcoast is 30 mins but can take up to 1 hr

- unit is underground level, i like that there are trees outside things out of host's control: - did not know that pool is under major renovation - don't forget to shut the curtains, there's constant foot traffic (if not scheduled) outside the unit, repairs, gardening, staff simply passing by. - we lost 1 shorts when we hung clothes to dry in the clothesline in the balcony :( looked for it around the area.

Vamzdžiai, tarakonai, turėjome patys naikinti juos jog būtų įmanoma gyventi. savininko elgesys pasakius apie problemas. Užsikimšusios vandens nuotekos. Būstas yra rūsyje. Vaizduojamas baseinas yra už ~100metrų nuo apgyvendinimo vietos.
