The couches were not in good condition

The TV, the bathroom and how clean the rooms were

The couch it was too hard and very uncomfortable

The staff was helpful

The place was not very clean, there were bugs and dust

Very neat and tidy

Allow some dish towels so you can dry the Dishes.

The property is nice n clean n secured with security full of love for the people.

I had hot water all the time and there is back up in case of load shedding.

Communication. Host take time to answer the phone.

The location and the owner was always reachable when needed.

The place was not really clean it has cocoroaches too, the light on the balcony was not working. Bathroom had a bad smell because of the toilet. Tissue was 1ply it was very uncomfortable we had to buy our own tissue and things to clean the bathroom and make it smell a bit clean. Some of the towels were dirty but were put up to be used . The couches also were uncomfortable i think the owner can upgrade some few things like the couch and the bed in the other room.

The place was amazing but not properly cleaned.
