Mars Modern and Cozy Apartment in the centre, Free Parking

very nice landlords. everything was clean and nice. the location was great, little traffic and little general "city" noise in the apartment. can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience. one big plus was, of course, the parking lot behind the apartment, where the car could be left alone.

The possibility to connect with the owner on the late night, and his communicableness, very nice person, ready to help in hard situation, even if he's doesn't have to and even at 12:00 of night!

As for apartments I liked this, and maybe don't have things that I didn't like, it was very helpful solution in my situation.

I stayed in the appartment with my husband and my daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. The appartment is very clean, warm and cosy. It is in a romantic part of Trondheim with small coloured wooden houses and a few steps from the center. Parking was very convenient. The communication with the host was very nice and fast. All in all, it was much better for us than staying in the hotel. We will certainly stay in this appartment again when we are in Trondheim.

beautiful view, free parking, great location, spacious and clean apartment, also the bed was comfortable and there is even a playstation :) the owner always available. highly recommended I will definitely come back

Everythingh was perfect

LOCATION, Location, location: It was a very cute apartment on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable. Living room was a perfect size. Kitchen was fully equipped. We could walk anywhere in the downtown Trondheim. For further locations, there were buses within a block. We hired the host, Sean, to visit Frosta area where my husband’s ancestors are from. Sean not only took us everywhere in Frosta area, he even helped to locate the churches and checked the gravestones with us. We had a great lunch together. Very friendly host. The washer and dryer in the apartment were so useful since we were going to continue our trip after our stay.

We were pleased with everything.

The location and the parking were excellent.

No storage space to unpack. No drawers or wardrobe. Hot water tank too small. Only enough hot water for 1 shower. Shower height not adjustable. Fitted incorrectly! Bed was pushed up against the wall and tiny space at the bottom of the bed. Had to climb over.

This was a great location, space well utilized, we were able to park our car AND trailer. Everything within walking distance. Clear and concise instructions from the host. I recommend and eill return 😃

Someone arrived in the middle of the night to the neighbouring appartment andmade a racket. The house is quite loud but I guess this is expected in an old wooden house.
