Mars Modern and Cozy Apartment in the centre, Free Parking

Very cosy appartment. It had everything we needed. Quick communication with the owner.

The property was very small for 4 guests. It can be good for 2 but definitely very very congested for 4 once they open the sofa bed ( which is quite uncomfortable) in the first room. No room to even open your luggage. Only two. Small chairs in the property. Very congested Also hot water was a problem. The hosts has turned off the hot water and did not inform us. First day we assumed that the kids had used the water and there was a 50 min wait time for water to heat up. Then realised second day that there was no hot water.

Small Apartment , a big parking lot and a very nice Location. In 5 Minuten you can Walk into the city centre. There also was a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

After our stay, after about 7 days, we received a claim via booking com for almost 100€ compensation in kind, which we were supposed to pay. The clothes rail fell off during our stay and was already wobbly beforehand. We of course reported this directly to the landlord but received no reply and only 7 days later, out of nowhere, this outrageously high amount of compensation. These are signs of wear and tear that occur over time and should not be paid for by the guest. The shower needs a renovation.

Beautiful and cozy place in the centre of the Trondheim. Fully equipped apartment and washing machine and a dryer is huge benefit.

Minor, parking is on the other side of the building so you have to walk around the whole block, but still, there is free parking which is always ++ in the centre of the city.

I was greeted by the stench of cigarette smoke, an incessantly barking dog in the neighbouring flat, and the constant noise of traffic right outside the window. The shower didn’t work properly, the couch is ludicrously soft even to sit on, and the whole place is musty. If you do use the back bedroom it’s right by the communal bins. The description of the property is misleading and it’s certainly not quiet. The cigarette smoke is disgusting, either from the neighbour blowing in, or from previous occupants, or both. I left after two hours and, needless to say, the dishonourable owners refused to refund a penny of my two night booking even though the property is clearly not fit for purpose.

The apartment was warm and cosy. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city, easy walking to most attractions. It had all of the necessary equipment for a short stay.
