Ranworth - Haven Holiday Park

The caravan was lovely, very clean and modern also so nice that it was so close to the beach. Thank you Monika the little personal touches were lovely, and I hope everyone who hires your van from you respects it as we did and take throws to put on your furniture if they take their dogs

Bit expensive for drinks in club house/ bar

We honestly couldn't rate this accommodation enough..The comms from the host Monika were easy, simple and fantastic from the start..but our stay exceeded all out expectations from the start..the lodge is absolutely spotless, clean, comfortable, with everything you could think you would need throughout your stay..plus it was near all the anemeties nearby and the perfect location that myself, children and dogs had the best time here and already looking to book again next year ..thank you so much and highly recommended to everyone :-)

Nothing our stay was perfect from start to finish

The caravan was absolutely stunning, it was spotless and we all really enjoyed our stay so much! A lovely caravan with a really homely feel and some lovely added features.

It was nice location and good clean .

Beautiful caravan with lots of unexpected finishing touches I really felt the owners cared about us feeling comfortable and happy. It was spotless, well decorated, everything worked great,spacious, ideal location and the beds were like sinking into heaven.

One particular female on the Haven reception refused to allow me to use a discount code I'd be offered,which was fine, crossed wires on all sides, but she was judgemental and rude and condescending in her manner...almost as if she desired an argument...odd as I wanted a holiday. Conversely though the lady that did my daughter's build a bear workshop was wonderful kind,funny and approachable as were the other entertainment and bar staff. Shame on you Haven reception lady...my kids called you a 'Karen!'

Perfect location, perfect brand new caravan. Clean and very good equipped.

The linen didn't smell fresh...

The static home was beautiful, very well looked after, so much space. Will definitely be coming back next year!
