Ranworth - Haven Holiday Park

The Haven site is well placed to access Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads. The direct access to the beach is fabulous, and the coastal walk is great. The caravan is in an ideal position within the park, close to the amenities and well placed to watch the world go by. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed. Great. Speedy communication from the owner.

The Fish & Chips from the on site so was terrible.

The caravan exceeded our expectations and was immaculate. Super accommodation for our party of 6 plus 1 baby. We had a fantastic weekend with great weather to top it all. Monika was so helpful prior to our arrival with instant responses to any of our questions, the perfect host for the perfect Caister break on a sit that was super clean and located so close to all the amenities nearby, our whole group would go back in a flash if this place is ever available.

Only downside was that the price did not include passes for the swimming pool, which I thought it did (my fault as it only said available instead of included), passes where avIlable from reception but where too pricey for only 2hrs of seimming (2 sessions) so we decided not to get them.

Clean , perfect location on the site close to everything and the beach on door step! Can’t knock it. Great communication!

The caravan was clean and well maintained and easy to find

There are no passes included so you cannot access the evening entertainment or the swimming pool. The cost of the passes is £59 per adult and £29 per child. Which for our group would have been £207. When we got there we couldn’t book a slot for pool as they were all gone so didn’t buy the passes. I did ask several times if they included and if not how much would they cost but didn’t get a definitive answer until 2 days before we were due to go, by that point the caravan was non refundable. Also we were told we would get a gift but there was no gift in the caravan.

It was very comfortable. Lovely location. Good amenities.

Location is great as near the amenities and still close to the beach.
