Estate4home - Medusa Positano

The property is located within a walkable distance from the city center and less crowded than a center full of tourists. The studio is full of light and has an amazing view of Positano. Valerio, our host, was very responsive and helped us with all the questions we had about transportation around the Amalfi coast and the property.

The view from the window and the location were the best parts. Giulio was also very helpful!

You can hear noise from the balcony on the neighboring room even if the window is closed. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

The host is outstanding, the gentleman who greeted and gave me the keys was affable, amiable and sociable. But the apartment itself is mediocre. The shower has mildew stench. The floors are thin so one can her the woman upstairs walking around in heels. If the downstairs neighbors fire up the grill, all the smoke and fumes go right into the apartment.

Our stay was perfect, Valerio was amazing to deal with. He was so helpful and friendly and always responded quickly when we tried to contact him. We were in such a good location which was only a small walk to the main part of Positano. Our stay in Positano was everything we had hoped for.

A view you'll never forget. Good size. Very nice. Would stay there again for sure.

I will say that it is a serious hike up to the place. That is the one downfall to this place is the extreme hike up to it. But without the hike you don't have the view so I think that it's worth it. Thank god for the porters that are happy to help with luggage for a fee that is worth every penny.

It was a slice of heaven! Note: You need to be able to walk multiple stairs - take it as a fitness challenge! We were grateful to do so and loved the place and view!
