Spacious room. Spectacular view. Very peaceful away from the crowds. Hot tub was so relaxing after a day of going up and down stairs. I’d also like to give Velario a special shoutout. He was very personable as well as knowledgeable. He came to my rescue every time I had questions or a problem, and he helped make my birthday truly special. He’s an excellent employee who also became a friend. 😊

I wished the room had a full length mirror

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING . PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS ……

I’m really so Disappointed that booking.com allow to list such accommodations on their site . maybe the only good thing was about this miserable room is the staff who checked us in . 1. To reach to the hotel you need to climb 125 m and hike for 300 m . 2. NO one will assist you with the bags unless you pay 15€ for each bag so we paid 60€ for that . 3. NO house keeping . 4. if you need fresh towels you have to pay 10€ for a big towel. ( I wonder how much the small 1 cost ) 5. The staff will give you tours that u can book but without the rules and instructions . 6. Unauthorized credit card payment without notification. 7. the hotel or what ever we can call it is only bed not not even slice of bread . 8. Paying this much for this property is not any where value for money . 9. They have a problem with the sewage system so the room smell of sewage . Being on my honey moon that was a black spot on my vacation . I wish Booking.com can do something about it .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped me a planned surprise for my wife on her birthday. Amazing view of Positano from the windows.

How i wish there was lesser steps in Positano, but can't be helped it's just the nature of the area. Just be prepared to have a good work out. It's worth it.

Overall the room was clean and a good size. We booked the double room and it had a beautiful view of the water. It was definitely high up and is a bit of a hike from the city center. Nothing too crazy but makes you be more mindful of how you plan out your day there. We tried to limit our trips up as much as possible. Was about a 12 min walk up from the center of Positano.

It was a hike from the city center so made coming and going a bit more of a task. Also the directions to get there and get keys/info was not the best. We were told to be dropped off in one location that was different and down the street from where the host was actually waiting for us. we didn’t have service so couldn’t reach the host. ended up finding some service but by that time the host had to go to another property so we had to carry our luggage up and down to get to the room. Just made it a stressful experience getting there.

The suite was exceptionally clean! It had everything and the concierge gave us all of the information we needed. We hired a driver, booked tours and asked questions and Vincenzo was wonderful! The view from the terrace is STUNNING! We did not want to leave. There is a market very close and the village is a short walk away. We didn’t even mind the stairs that much.

spacious and clean, loved the majolica tiles in the bathroom and how new and renovated everything was. great view of the water from the patio. loved having access to the washing machine in the kitchen

lots of steps from the center of town, it’s a trek to make it down to the shops and restaurants let alone the beach. breakfast could be nicer given how much you are paying (1000 euros a night I would expect more than pre-packaged toast and jam), would’ve also appreciated salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels in the kitchen
