It's the worst staff service I have ever had in my life They said on the booking.com they had breakfast, but in the morning there's none I need to called them to ask for one, and even if I want to checkout at 9 and get my deposit fee, i can't do it There are no one in the front desk except for the cleaner, and I had to contact them through her It's really annoying when contacting the number and they said it's another one in charged and they need to called them The whole management system is cracked where they have huge communication gap in whose responsibility is it to do sth so damn simple......get the breakfast that is writtened when I booked and get my deposit fee back It waste me over an hour of back and ford communicating and negotiating to get sth that basic, checkout and breakfast The staff are unhelpful in solving problems and sometimes unfriendly If you want to take the risk of having the same experience I had, then you could booked this hostel immediately to have the worst day of your trip
