Good and clean apartment

5l5 Good location with a nice environment,was quite impressed with the staff services. The room was well equipped,clean and comfortable. Great value for money. I was pleased with my stay and looking forward to come back for another visit.

I liked that the apartment was spacious.

My location was changed at the last minute when I arrived in the country. The explanation given for moving properties was vague and very uninformative. They moved us to another facility that they claimed was an upgrade but didn't look it according to pictures on the site. Also, housekeeping came and left our unit open and unlocked with all our belongings in it for a full day. To make things worse, they didn't even clean the apartment when they left the key in the door. Keep in mind that this is not simply a hotel but an apartment complex with various people who could have had access to our personal space. The management team gave me a hard time in trying to offer some type of resolution or compensation for these issues. They merely gave us a complementary late checkout, which was not at all adequate. Won't be staying with this company ever again.
