There was no breakfast options

The room we chose said it had patio and free wifi . When we arrived we were told there was no patio and we had to pay for wifi . We spoke to the manager about the wifi and he hung up the phone on us . We never saw or heard from him throughout our stay . Our bathroom flooded every time we showered leaving the bath mats wet every day which we complained about severally . I was also pregnant and was worried i would slip and fall . The extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t work so when we cooked the whole room would be filled with smoke . We complained and someone came to check this out but it still did not work . It was difficult to get hold of our host whenever there was an issue . Hospitality team come whenever they like to change bedding. We did not get any information as to when they come and what time . We had to change the bins in kitchen ourselves because we got tired of waiting for hospitality to come . We had dirty water during our last days - our taps and toilet water was brown so we had to buy water to brush our teeth and shower . We complained to bookings . Com and were told to take this up with the apartment manager ourselves . We did so but did not hear back and nothing was resolved throughout our start. This is our first time ever writing a review like this but honestly our stay there was so disappointing.

Everything was exceptional. Eli, (not sure what’s his position) is a very decent gentleman. He would do anything to make our stay comfortable

Everything! The facilities were amazing. It was home from home and very comfortable and clean. Great location near shops and other amenities. I can’t fault the place.

Breakfast was not include, which was fine as we made our own and there is lovely bakery 5 minutes walk from the property. The location was calm.

The bathroom tiles in the showers were leaking after a couple of days and one the rooms was not en-suite Oven had never been used and was not connected.

I was upgraded to a different location due to maintenance issues at my choice. I was informed prior to my check in by email and a call. The upgrade was ideal. Staff friendly and stay was comfortable.
