Loved the location. Was very close to Falmouth centre. Great space for two. Had everything we needed. Very helpful and responsive hosts.

The property is really well located, a very short walk to the town so very quiet, and close to lovely bars and fantastic restaurants. It was very comfortable, lovely and warm and well equipped with ots of mirrors and 2 hairdryers! There were fantastic M&S fluffy towels and also toiletries in the bathroom (left behind by previous guests, but useful). We were also granted a one hour extension which was very helpful.

The location is really great, exactly where you want to be in Falmouth. The host Tila is really lovely. Wifi was good and the kitchen small but well equipped. We didn't watch much TV but it worked well and was an option. The parking space was right outside our door and great to have on the narrow road

The space much better suits 2 people instead of three, but we made it work and it was fine. There are a few fit and finish issues but nothing to put anyone off. The place is a good value, cozy and very much recommended!

What stands out are the central location and the private parking just outside the front door. It's only a 5 minute walk to the town centre with its numerous cafés, pubs, shops. Note that the walk is up and down steep lanes and many steps. The apartment is spacious and light. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: oven, four rings and a microwave. It's very quiet day and night.

Previous comments about the mattress are still valid end of January 25. The springs seem to have been dislodged somehow and protrude. There are no views from the apartment.
