Is close to the centre and looks the same as the pictures. Some nice touches and some effort has clearly been put in at some point. The tea bags, games, high ceiling. It was cosy. Nice size fridge freezer. Generally comfy and a good base. Parking right outside.

The noise. From the other flats downstairs the door was banging all the time, can hear people all the time, noise to the side, the fridge humming, the builders next door and down the street and the seagulls seemingly don’t sleep at night. The floor is slippy and my fiancée slipped on the rug near the door and hit her head on the floor. Lucky it wasn’t worse. The floor tiles are cracked and wobbly in the tired bathroom. The builders next door covered my car in sawdust clearly no respect for the environment or property. Even with the windows open it was stuffy and too hot there is no ventilation or air con. Choose extra heat or extra noise at night whether the windows are open or shut. The TV goes quiet when you change channel then gets progressively louder and is awkward to watch r/TVtoohigh. The worst bit was the host insisting on showing someone around whilst we were staying there it took all the relaxation out of the stay and was intrusive and we had to rearrange around them. They eventually offered to refund 1 night of 3 but haven’t actually done so. Came across very entitled and pushy like our holiday and money was second to their needs. Got what they wanted then went quiet. So rude really and in breach of terms and conditions of exclusive use of the property just bizarre and must be used to getting their own way by the way they asked and said “thank you for your understanding and cooperation” when I hadn’t even agreed or replied. Can’t make it up.

Coziness of the property and great location

Cute studio really comfortable and chic and homely.

Very clean, comfortable bed, homely sitting area. It was quiet, nice place to relax and spacious for a studio.

Electric switches in funny positions, lack of socket outlets. It is a very steep climb from Falmouth town centre to property.

Great location, on site parking, good standard, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Incorrect wi-fi information on apartment information.

Lovely characterful property. Clean rooms and bedding. Nicely furnished and spacious. Seperate entrance straight from parking. Close to city centre and main tourist attractions pier, Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and Gyllyngvase Beach all within 15-20min walk. Nice workout on the stairs called Jacobs Ladder on return to the property from local Falmouth Prince of Wales Pier :) Highly recommend The Ranch steakhouse near Maritime Museum - excellent food and lovely staff.
