Stylish Central Falmouth Studio with Parking | WiFi |

This is a well located property with dedicated parking (a plus in Falmouth.) The flat is nicely decorated. The kitchen adequately equipped, although really for heating up not cooking. The windows have blinds and look down onto the courtyard of the house that this is a part of. The shower is good.

It's noisy. More an Airbnb than a flat. It's the rear tenement of a house. The soundproofing between the flat and the house is a residential door so terrible. The owners seem to have a puppy. It gets up early. The children then get up early. The parents then get up early. At times it sounded like they were in the flat. It's right for children to get up for a puppy, it's right for parents to get up for children, but I don't want to when I'm paying money for the privilege of getting away from my dogs and children.

The property was easy to find and we loved the ease and flexibility of checking in when you want with a key that you access via a lock box. The furnishings and decor were well above standard and really beautifully done. Everything about the place was clean and cozy. The hosts were lovely. The location is absolutely fantastic. Quick access to the center as well as being in a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again the next time we come back.

Stylish and curated

The property was easy to locate and access, with the ease of the keys being left in a lock box, meaning that there was no strict requirements on arrival time or arranging to meet with the owner. The entrance to the property was neat and clean, and on entry, we felt at home. The space is great for a couple, and the accommodation had everything we needed, as well as some additional bits like milk, tea/coffee, butter, shower items, etc. The accommodation is very conveniently situated in the heart of Falmouth, as described, and was a short walk to the main streets with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the coast within short distances. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings watching Netflix under blankets.

We experienced some Wi-Fi issues upon arrival - it did not work for the first night. We also had trouble working the kitchen/living area lights (we couldn't find how to switch them on, as the switch was tucked beside the wardrobe). However, we messaged the team, and they were swift to respond and help. The WIFI worked for the rest of the trip, although it was quite slow and our phones were out of signal at times (can't be helped!). Though this did not bother us, and we wouldn't consider it a downfall at all. We were very happy with our stay!

Bed springs still sticking out - host has still not replaced mattress (complaints about this go back 18 months, still not sorted even though it says it has been sorted - a pillow top in 30 degree heat is not a fix really especially with no fan), dodgy electrics - only way to turn lights off is behind a wardrobe. Host made lots of promises to refund first night but essentially lied and fobbed me off.

Clean, functional

The owners and Booking.com didn’t have a common view of the property: - different messages had different wifi network names and passwords - description advertised 2 bedrooms when there was one - property description was different to photos

Was absolutely perfect, clean and comfy, had everything we needed and location was spot on. Hosts were so lovely and sent all the necessary information before arrival so there was no need to chase them for anything. Parking was a huge bonus too. Will definitely be returning!
