"Convenient Place to stay for Falmouth!"

The studio is centrally located in Falmouth. There was no need to use the car at all while in Falmouth and the studio has its own space to park off the road. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely and the hot water instant. It does have a microwave, fridge and oven with is perfect with the kids that may want food, meaning that you don’t need to shell out on restaurants/takeways!

There was nothing we didn’t like but unlike one we have used before that are managed by the same company it had no washer/dryer for clothes which I found so helpful with kids. Be warned that though close to Falmouth it is accessed by LOTS OF STEPS which would be an absolute nightmare for wheelchair users and anyone with prams/pushchairs. These are all just personal preference, this is a lovely place to stay and we will be back!

"lovelt studio apratment close to town and off street parking"

really spacious studio with lots of nice furnishings and added extras like coffee machine. Off street parking was an added bonus. Good shower and comforable bed- could not ask for more

could hear a little noise from the other aprtment- and no toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo which we forgot to bring

"Was a nice flat but Inconvenience spoiled it a bit."

The Flat had a nice layout out and parking right outside the private access. Had a kitchen so I could prepare my own meals which I prefer.

Tight roads to get too the flat. Parking info caused confusion between me and another tenant. Was asked to allow access too the flat so the people who run it could show potential buyers around while I was still using it. They sent a cleaner in to clean up without asking me first.

"Cosy apartment, close to town"

Clean and comfortable, great location for the town centre and the parking was an absolute godsend. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints from me. If you struggle with steps/hills then you may finding getting to town difficult but it burned off some of the pasty/ale calories!

It would have been nice to have fresh milk in the fridge and toilet roll in the bathroom.
