It was very cute and I liked having keyless access

The bed was too soft, and the apartment isn’t properly insulated due to it being diy. So sound travels alot and it can be disruptive. Some adjustment like an extra fan and a shelf in the shower room would be helpful. Also a light by the sidewalk would help alot!

I like that everything about this property. It was clean. It was nice. It was quiet love the style. They got going on inside if it was available for rent, I’ll buy it.

You have to go up 1 million steps other than that it’s OK

The unit was very clean and accommodated very well.

I did not care for the area it was located in. I know that cannot be changed. The parking was not always easy as the street was always packed with cars. The big snow plow in the driveway made it difficult to maneuver luggage and belongings to the back door. Once inside the back door, the only two of the lights on the way up to the 3rd floor loft worked. This made it very difficult to get around when it was dark. The back door outside light didn’t work either. I understand about trying to to keep costs down, but having to turn off A/C whenever I would leave, made it very warm in the loft upon my return each time.

The bed was comfortable

It wasn’t cleaned properly, the tv was detached from the wall, there was no counter top stove as advertised, there was no smoke alarm and the ceilings were short

He has everything you need in your apartment.

Took forever for the apartment to heat up once I figured out how to turn it on.
